Primary Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain the wastewater treatment plant, advanced water treatment facilities, and reclaimed water distribution/disposal systems—hands-on experience in these areas is a strong asset.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee the installation and refurbishment of utilities and infrastructure, including telecommunications, HVAC, and electrical systems.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and industry standards.
- Source, install, and maintain critical facility systems such as HVAC, lighting, security, and building automation.
- Establish and implement warehouse operation procedures, ensuring efficiency and best practices.
- Coordinate closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely receipt, storage, and distribution of materials.
- Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure all safety policies are followed.
- Perform regular facility maintenance and manage repair schedules proactively.
- Ensure the facility adheres to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Recruit, train, and manage facility staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HVAC and electrical system maintenance to ensure continuous, safe operations.
- Optimize factory layout and space utilization to support production and operational efficiency.
- Develop and manage the facility operations budget, and prepare regular performance and cost reports.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in facility operations, especially with Wastewater Treatment Plant management.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure, and relevant building codes/regulations.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in inventory or maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Facility Manager – CFM) are a plus.
Salary : $130,000 - $170,000
