Role: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Jackson MS
Duration: 3 yrs
The candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in development, requirements gathering, process mapping, data analysis, product owner management, software development lifecycles, and knowledgeable of project management processes. Advanced experience with requirements management, Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KABAN, etc ), development, and writing user stories for testing and system validation is also desired. Candidate must be a motivated team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills.
Required Skills:
- Candidate must have a minimum of seven (10) years experience in IT development and CI/CD processes.
- Candidate must have a minimum of three (6) years experience as a Business Analyst and Tester.
- Candidate must possess advance knowledge of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC) and project management.
- Candidate must have experience with DevOps, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and JIRA.
Preferred Skills:
- Working knowledge of Information Systems supporting MDHS SNAP, TANF, Child Support and Child Care systems
- Tracking system defects with project tools such as JIRA and JAMA.
- Experience working within an Agile Team Environment and leading SCRUM meetings.
