Role: GIS System Administrator
Location: Memphis TN
Must be local or willing to relocate
C2C or W2 or 1099

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Create and manage data automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, and/or SQL scripts.
- Complete ArcGIS software patching for systems on a manual and automated cycle.
- Experience in upgrading ArcGIS Enterprise Systems to applicable or up to date new versions.
- Support the currently deployed Esri product suite and all future releases of the Esri product lines.
- Administering ArcGIS Online and Enterprise Servers.
- Support the GIS Team on any needs regarding ArcGIS Software requirements.
- Operationally support and maintain the Esri ArcGIS Enterprise environments including Esri Portal, Datastore, and ArcGIS Server.
- Document all server configurations and architecture settings.
- Tuning the ArcGIS server environments and products running on the server environments.
- Good Understanding on ArcGIS Products Life Cycle.
- Providing initial support, targeting a higher level of first contact resolution.
- Manage Active Directory (AD) objects (users, and groups) for authentication and authorization to GIS applications, files, folders, and Esri Enterprise Geodatabases.
- Researches and provides recommendations for computer hardware and GIS software purchases.
Education/Technical Skills/Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Geography, GIS, Cartography, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Master s Degree would be a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with planning, designing, installing, configuring, testing, de-bugging, administering, maintaining, upgrading, and documenting Esri-based Windows servers.
- Experience with documenting complex, technical processes.
- Experience with geospatial data, geodatabases, analysis, maps, services, and applications.
- MS Azure experience would be a plus.
