Job Summary : The NetSuite Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the NetSuite ERP platform. This role involves configuring the system, providing user support, and implementing best practices to ensure that our business processes are effectively supported by NetSuite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Administer and maintain the NetSuite ERP system, including user setup, role permissions, and system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to NetSuite functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance monitoring to ensure optimal system performance.
- Develop and document business processes, workflows, and user guides for best practices in using NetSuite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on NetSuite features and functionalities.
- Assist in data migration, integration with other systems, and report generation.
- Stay updated with NetSuite releases and new features; recommend upgrades and improvements.
