Key Responsibilities:
- Define Product Vision & Strategy: Work with business stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision, goals, and roadmap for banking products.
- Manage Product Backlog: Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog by translating business requirements into actionable user stories and clear acceptance criteria.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate closely with development, QA, marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of features in line with business objectives.
- Feature Delivery & Release Management: Lead the planning and execution of product releases, ensuring that features are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Regularly communicate product progress, developments, and issues to key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and other departments.
- Product Performance Monitoring: Measure and monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvements.
- Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure the product delivers maximum value to end-users, continuously refining features based on user feedback and market trends.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
- Excellent ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, balancing business needs with technical feasibility.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specifications.
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies: Experience working in an Agile environment, including product backlog management and sprint planning.
- Strong understanding of banking systems, financial products, payment solutions, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, managing relationships across business units, product development teams, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Office)
