Should have worked with global teams - multiple departments - IT, infra, network, security etc.
Very good attitude, communication - both verbal and written
Job Description:
Should be able to manage the customer
Prepare and Make presentations to executive
Lead, drive and Run the meetings
Pro-actively follow-up, close the issues
Stay on top of issues, problems - provide updates to the stakeholders
Demonstrate ownership, accountability and resolve issues
Flexible working hours should overlap with offshore and other global teams in Asia / Europe
Lead and manage a team of BI analysts and application support staff.
Oversee the support operations and implementation of BI solutions, including data warehousing, reporting, and analytics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics and reporting needs.
Ensuring the availability, performance, and security of data platforms, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes
Handling incidents and issues related to data platforms, troubleshooting problems, Roo-cause Analysis and implementing solutions to prevent future occurrences.
