Job Description:
- Project Manager
- 10 years of experience managing and orchestrating development efforts similar in size and scale to AIMS Modernization
- Experience leveraging Agile tools and methods to efficiently manage product releases, sprints, and development cycles
- Experience leading teams in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices
- Expertise in refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
- Strong experience writing user documentation in development projects
- Experience with maintaining user documentation in a development operations continuous
- testing and deployment environment
