Job Title : Senior Python Developer with AWS
Location : Dallas, TX (Remote)
Duration : Contract
Job Description :
We load data (from EMS / Kafka / Batch files), store data (in Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, and soon Aurora), in some cases publish data to Kafka, and we build and provide APIs / search services on our datastores.
Our consumers are other technology applications with the exception of one application that was built in the cloud. All of these products were built onPrem and we are in the process of modernizing them and moving them to the cloud (AWS).
From a language perspective, we use Java on Prem and Python in the cloud.
In parallel with modernization work, we are enhancing products to support functionality related to other initiatives.
Ideally looking for the following experience :
- Senior Python Developer

- Elasticsearch
- OpenSearch
- API Gateway
- Route 53
- DynamoDB
- CloudWatch
- Gitlab
- CI / CD
- Docker
