Work with a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to develop and deploy GenAI applications supporting Walmart's finance department. Build state-of-art LLM models by training with massive amounts of Walmart data utilizing open-source or in-house tools.

We use a hybrid way of working that is primarily in the office coupled with virtual when not onsite. What you'll do :
- Collaborate closely with business teams to identify opportunities and translate requirements into innovative technical solutions.
- Lead the design and development of generative AI solutions, utilizing established techniques and creating custom algorithms when necessary.
- Work closely with engineers and platform architects to integrate and deploy robust ML applications and systems.
- Stay at the forefront of data science and machine learning advancements by continuously exploring and evaluating new technologies and methodologies.
- Conduct advanced analyses to provide recommendations on the applicability and efficiency of product features.
