- Operate high-speed automated lithium-ion battery production machines in a clean-room environment.
- Perform maintenance tasks, including cleaning, and adjustments.
- Monitor operational processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Create and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
- Participate in peer-to-peer training to share knowledge and foster collaboration.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace following 6S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety). What We're Looking For :
- High School Diploma or GED required; 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proven expertise in sub-assemblies, drive units, equipment rebuilds, and preventive maintenance.
- Experience with safety protocols, including 4S or 5S principles.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate attention to detail. Physical Requirements :
- Stand : 75%, Walk : 10%, Sit : 5%, Lift : 10%.
- Frequent lifting up to 20 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 35 lbs.
Assisted lifts for weights over 35 lbs.
