We are seeking an experienced Anaplan Solution Architect and Model Builder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining complex Anaplan models to support our business planning and forecasting needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Anaplan solutions are aligned with business objectives and integrated seamlessly with other systems. This position requires a deep understanding of Anaplan, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient models.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture :
Design and architect Anaplan solutions that meet business requirements and support strategic goals.
Develop and maintain best-in-class systems architecture, data governance processes, and data flow optimizations.
Ensure that Anaplan models are scalable, efficient, and aligned with industry best practices.
Model Building :
Build and maintain complex Anaplan models to support business planning, forecasting, and reporting needs.
Develop and implement new forecasting logics, business rules, and data transformations within Anaplan.
Create dashboards and data visualizations that highlight critical metrics and business drivers.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management :
Partner with business stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, and Business Planning teams, to gather requirements and translate them into Anaplan solutions.
Work closely with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of Anaplan with other systems and data sources.
Continuous Improvement :
Stay current with Anaplan best practices, industry trends, and new features to guide solution decisions.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, driving efficiencies and enhancing data accuracy.
Lead initiatives to enhance and optimize existing Anaplan models and processes.
Skills and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Anaplan Solution Architect and Model Builder, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
Deep understanding of Anaplan architecture, model building, and data integration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient models.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Anaplan Model Builder Certification is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
