Job Description:
The Deviation Management Specialist will lead and/or work as a team member on deviation investigations to prevent recurrence, determining root cause, identifying corrective/preventative actions, and conducting product impact assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Leads deviation investigations to determine root cause and recommend corrective/preventative actions.
- Conducts product impact assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Supports continuous improvement projects to increase compliance, simplify standardize, and gain efficiencies.
- Manages timelines to ensure key compliance and customer due dates are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences.
- Minimum one year post-bachelor's degree experience in GMP manufacturing and/or technical support of GMP manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results to hit assigned due dates.
- Strong communication, collaboration skills, and ability to drive accountability.
