Engineering Program Manager role to support Battery Safety new product introduction (NPI), sustaining engineering and initiative activities. EPM responsible for developing and implementing project schedules, providing project management support, and collaborating with project stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance. This involves working closely with engineers to define project scope, document and monitor schedules and milestones, follow up on action items, schedule and conduct meetings, and summarize the status and risks for all stakeholders.
Requirements
• Location in Austin, hybrid in-office schedule
• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering or Technical degree
• 5 years of demonstrated project management experience in a related field or
industry. Consumer Electronics or Battery experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and thrives in both collaborative and independent workenvironments.
• Experience facilitating communication and collaboration across engineering,marketing and operations teams.
• Results-oriented and attention to detail.
• Strong Project and Program Management skills.
• Proficient in using MacOS
