Job Title: Customer Value Consultant/Media Buyer
Location: New York, NY 10012 (Must be local to NY. However, you will work a majority of this contract remotely. You will need to be able to travel to office for trainings and in-person sessions)

Pay Rate: $54.37/Hour
Job Duties:
- Client’s Ultimate Success team delivers the highest level of personalized support to enterprise customers, ensuring they have the right technical expertise and strategic guidance to keep their business one step ahead.
- We are hiring a Customer Value Consultant (Contractor) to join our Digital Experience Cloud team.
- In this role, you’ll conduct value engagements for customers with support from assigned Customer Success Managers, while also building and supporting our Ultimate Success Value Management strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively drive value confirmation for our Ultimate Success customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of Client’s Ultimate Success offering to deliver compelling and relevant messages about its value to our enterprise customers.
- Conduct consultative engagements with internal stakeholders and customers that include discovery, benchmarking, value expansion recommendations, and ROI modeling.
- Learn our existing frameworks, reporting and digital tools, while providing constructive feedback for process improvements.
- You can expect to work closely with a cross-functional client team including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, Account Executives, Customer Value & Innovation teams, and Sales.
Required Skills:
- 3 years of experience in a Digital Analyst, Customer Success, or Value Engineering role
- Analysis of software, marketing campaign or media buy performance (e.g. ROAS, ROI, Conversions)
- Demonstrated ability to derive and explain data-driven insights to senior-level audiences
- Strong PowerPoint skills including building, presenting, and developing talk tracks for persuasive presentations
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be self-directed and manage multiple tasks
- Experience in SaaS, media buying or professional services would be an asset
