Job Description
We’re hiring a Program Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact product and program launches for our Online Store team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end planning and execution of online product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Legal.
- Own the launch plan, track timelines, risks, and deliverables.
- Ensure seamless customer experience during major product/program rollouts.
- Analyze launch outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6 years of program management experience in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
- Strong background in eCommerce, online platforms, or digital retail.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and align with business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Salary : $60 - $70
