Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales and pipeline data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through data-driven reporting and visualizations.

You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and help optimize business strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and interpret sales and pipeline data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to understand business requirements and develop reports that support decision-making.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and validating data sources.
• Provide insights into sales forecasts, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other critical sales metrics.
• Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership to inform business strategy and performance improvement.
• Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of information.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and strategies based on data insights.
