Title: Principal SAP SAC Reporting Configuration Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Boston, MA / Portsmouth, NH / Plano, TX (hybrid—2 days/week onsite)

Duration: Long-term, likely converting to permanent

Must-Have Skills:

• 8 years of Techno-Functional SAP Finance experience.
• 2-3 years as an SAP Reporting Analyst/Developer with implementation experience (full lifecycle preferred).
• Hands-on expertise in:
• SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
• Analysis for Office (AO)
• Web Intelligence (Webi)
• Core Data Services (CDS) views (built using ABAP in Eclipse).
• Strong knowledge of SAP GL concepts (company codes, chart of accounts, profit centers, etc.).
• Experience in testing, defect resolution, and report validation (currently in a testing cycle.)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Insurance/financial services industry experience.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, BW, BPC, FPSL, FI/CO, PaPM, or OData.
• Agile/Scrum experience.

Day-to-Day:

• Testing, defect resolution, and report validation (working with Deloitte).
• Building/configuring reports in SAP SAC/AO/Webi.
• Collaborating with PO teams, analysts, and offshore teams.
• Mentoring junior members and leading technical solutions.

Ideal Candidate:

• A SAP Finance reporting expert with strong SAC/CDS/Webi skills, implementation experience, and insurance/finance background.
• A problem-solver who can work with ambiguity and mentor others.
