We are seeking a Sensor Test Engineer to contribute to sensor technology innovation, specifically in the development of AR / MR and other wearable devices. This individual will be responsible for validating analog / digital blocks for various sensors, including image sensors, dToF sensors, and ALS sensors. Additionally, they will support the building and upgrading of test stations / systems in our labs to accommodate validation of new emerging sensor technologies.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the team to perform validation tests for image sensors and ALS sensors.
- Collect and perform statistical analysis on test data to correlate it with performance metrics.
- Support debugging, root cause analysis, and problem-solving efforts.
- Support efforts to develop new imaging sensor test methodologies to evaluate sensor performance based on MR / AR / SG and other wearable applications.
- Collaborate with the image sensor team, computer vision scientists, module / optical experts, and sensor architects to evaluate next-generation sensor technologies.
- Support imaging sensor characterization / validation engineers in providing high-quality electrical / optical test infrastructure. Work with the team to identify ways to improve existing capabilities and add new ones.
