Role Overview : Key requirements :
Strong delivery management and delivery excellence experience in BFSI, Retail, Insurance Domain.
Experience on Account / Portfolio management, account mining for large Digital transformation program
Experience in develop operating model for QE transformation, innovations, drive revenue and margin accountability
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a leader managing high performing teams and strong Development and minimal experience on Test Automation skill on Selenium Java, Core Java development background. Any other programming languages would be an added advantage
Proficient in designing multiple automation framework including on mobile platforms (Android, IOS) ) using Appium
Ability to manage large delivery assignments independently.
Demonstrated ability to perform QE transformation / implement automation best practices across projects and programs
Ability to develop a testing strategy that is customized and optimized for the situation at hand and communicate it effectively to stakeholders
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and facilitate actions
Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep passion for quality, attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Strong client communication and management skills, able to operate on onshore / offshore model
Knowledge on APIGEE / API / DevOps delivery model (CI / CD, Jenkins), Data Management, BI.
Responsibilities :
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES :
Understanding of technology (ex. Big Data / BI - Data & Analytics, Test & Test Automation, DevOps - Digital Transformation, MS Stack - Enterprise applications, etc.) along with industry knowledge, competitive landscapes, and customer requirements.
Good understanding about BFSI, Healthcare, Telecom, Insurance etc.
Interact with the customers and take their feedback regularly and collaborate with different teams and monitor all aspects of the project, including communication, technology, development, and technology
Lead various customer projects simultaneously and use different tools for the same and provide excellent service and support to the existing customers to build healthy relationships with them
Developing engaging business plans to approach new prospects
Execute customer engagement business analysis
Develop training programs to help the associated staff to support company objectives and goals
Analyzing sales data to identify new opportunities in new markets.
Guide SOW’s for Client and coordinate PO activity as needed
On time risk assessment of the project and making sure the quality standards are met
Overseeing time tracking for billing and salaries purposes
Disseminating project Information to Intelliswift Associates by setting clear and timely expectations with the team
Designing and controlling KPI and metrics for the team of contractors
Fostering a positive work environment
Control involuntary attrition.
