Job Title: Vendor Operations Program Manager
Locations: Onsite at Menlo Park, CA
Duration: 10 Months Contract on W2 (Possible extension)

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Program Manager to join a team that is responsible for vendor activation, vendor strategy, and operationalizing programs which help partners succeed. The team thrives at the intersection of operations, strategy, programs, and data.
The ideal candidate can operate in complex cross-functional environments and has a keen understanding of how to apply vendor resources as an operational superpower. As an expert in the business partner ecosystem, you will engage cross functional teams as a programs advocate, drive operational efforts across teams, and work closely with vendor teams on delivering value for business partners.
The ideal candidate should have a strong operational and vendor management background, be an effective communicator that can project manage large initiatives, and effectively update cross-functional stakeholders at all levels. You should feel comfortable in an constantly evolving environment in which you have to manage multiple streams of work to drive concrete, actionable solutions for clients and its partners.

Understanding of vendor outsourcing (vendor managers)
3rd party service providers
Monitor and measure performance based on KPIs, day-to-day monitoring, hands-on, root cause analysis, course correction, improvement
Program management - multiple projects, on timeline, budget calculation
Data analysis- raw data, pivots, find patterns, provide insights to help make decisions
Good to have skills:
Writing SQL queries would be excellent

Responsibilities
- Lead business unit vendor and operational strategy, implementation, and help internal teams activate vendors for program delivery and day-to-day operations
- Work with teams to evaluate current workflows to proactively identify operational gaps or conflicts in existing processes, develop solutions, and create proposals for key stakeholder and leadership buy-in
- Serve as primary contact for cross-functional partners and as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and advice for operational best practices and vendors
- Integrate and synthesize information from multiple teams, including programs, policy, and domain knowledge, to operationalize complex issues, mitigate risks, and solve problems
- Establish vendor strategy, operational playbooks, and resolution processes
- Effectively communicate operational and complex procedural concepts to non-technical audiences
- Effectively organize and manage multiple, sometimes competing, priorities
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent 6 years of experience in program management, vendor management, operational strategy, or equivalent experience
- Experience applying critical problem-solving skills with demonstrated experience proposing solutions and enhancing operational performance
- Experience presenting complex policy-related content to general audiences and senior business executives
- Problem solving and analysis experience solving business problems, individually or in a group setting
- Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in roles within digital marketing
- Familiarity with Client products and third-party ecosystem PMP, CAPM, or other relevant project or vendor management certifications
