About the team and the role:
- We’re building a high-performing design pod within the Core Product Excellence team to elevate client’s internal and executive storytelling.
- As the Sr. Visual Designer, you will play a central role in visualizing client’s product priorities and innovation roadmap, working hand-in-hand with a Creative Strategist and leadership to support product storytelling across high-visibility forums.
- From shaping the design of quarterly Board of Directors presentations to creating assets for VP Summits, All-Hands, and press-ready moments, you will bring clarity, creativity, and consistency to how we communicate client’s product strategy.
- You’ll help document operations and processes, create templates for repeatable workflows, and drive quality across all visual executions.
- This role is embedded in a product-centered design team that believes storytelling is strategy—and that great design can spark alignment, trust, and bold thinking.
What you will accomplish:
- Design clear, high-impact visuals that articulate client’s product vision, roadmap, and strategic bets, supporting presentations, landing pages, product narratives, and more.
- Partner with the Creative Strategist to translate leadership themes into compelling visual storytelling, from concepts and frameworks to polished, executive-ready materials.
- Create cohesive decks and design systems for Board of Directors meetings, Global All-Hands, Core Product All-Hands, and VP forums.
- Support internal launches and moments critical to business growth, helping align product storytelling across internal channels.
- Develop and maintain a visual playbook and design templates to improve efficiency and scalability across projects.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Comms, and Marketing to ensure alignment, brand consistency, and narrative clarity.
What you will bring:
- 6 years of experience in visual communication or product design, with a strong portfolio of executive storytelling, brand design, and product-centric narratives.
- Fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote/Google Slides, and a strong grasp of how visuals drive understanding in product strategy. Motion design is a plus.
- Ability to distill complex ideas and data into clear visual metaphors, diagrams, and slide narratives.
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for typography, composition, and brand consistency.
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with direct engagement from senior stakeholders.
- Pacific Time Zone availability required; preference for candidates located in Portland, San Francisco, or San Jose.
