What are the responsibilities and job description for the Financial Analyst 1 (DA Business Analyst 1) position at Intelliswift Software Inc?
Pay rate range - $28/hr. to $30/hr. on w2
Mon-Thurs in office - Friday WFH Subject to change
Work alongside the Digital Appliance Financial Operations team:
• Identify, pull, and submit Builder Direct billing into third-party app sites.
• Manage lien waivers.
• Assist Credit & Collections to apply for Builder invoice payments.
• Facilitate invoice/payment resolutions via customer and internal contacts.
• Escalate billing and payment issues.
• Updates Credit & Collections on past-due line items.
• Maintain written manuals for the billing process.
• Identify and take action on high-priority items to keep customers off the credit block.
• Update weekly aged receivables file for the weekly meeting
• Maintain project summary/calendar file
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
0-2 years of financial and/or accounting experience required.
