Onsite Accounts Receivable Specialist, Collections, B2B
This position is fully onsite near the Smyrna, greater North Atlanta area.
This position pays up to $25 an hour.
What you will be doing:
- Contact clients / customers Business 2 Business (B2B) to request and collect payment and/or arrange payment plans
- Talk with clients to obtain information and payments
- Work with internal teams / stakeholders to communicate clients / customers payment plans
- Develop relationships with customers and fix issues to execute a payment
What you will need:
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, AR
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B collections
- Ideally industry experience in Mass Merchandiser, Retail, National Chain Grocery Stores, Supermarkets or Drug / Pharmacy or similar
- Solid in math to calculate figures
A Plus:
- Accounting Software such as Oracle AR Oracle Accounts Receivable
- MS Excel, Spreadsheets, O365
- Salesforce, 9ci Receivables and Management
- CCAAS Contact Center as a Service
- Finanacials, Experian, Fintech, Icontol, Banking software
- NACM Certification National Association of Credit Management
