Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Meet with candidates to answer initial questions and vet for initial scope, location, etc.
Collect, collate, and organize supporting information to the recruiting process (resumes, etc.)
Build and report on tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to the pipeline
Schedule hiring loops between the candidate, HM, and other identified interviewers
Provides positive hand-off of inclined candidates to HM who will generate offers.
