Duties:
- Client is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating solution designs and implementing various components within the ServiceNow platform, focusing on App Engine Studio and Scoped Application Development. This role requires expertise in data management, user experience design, logic and automation, and application security.
Key Responsibilities:
- App Engine Studio / Scoped Application Development:
- Design and develop scoped applications using ServiceNow's App Engine Studio.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in application development.
- Utilize ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) table structure effectively.
- Implement best practices for table design and data structure optimization.
- Manage and optimize ServiceNow data tables for performance and scalability.
- Build and configure workspaces using Workspace Builder.
- Design and implement user interfaces with UI Builder.
- Customize and configure the core UI of ServiceNow to enhance user experience.
- Ensure comprehensive understanding and implementation of Access Control Lists (ACLs).
- Manage user access provisioning and maintenance to ensure secure and compliant access.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong portfolio of scoped applications and solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's data structures, table design, and optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in Workspace Builder, UI Builder, and core UI configuration.
- Expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom spoke development.
- Solid grasp of ACLs and user access management within ServiceNow.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
