Pay rate range - $25 / hr. to $28 / hr. on W2
Job schedule-Hybrid 4 days on-site / 1 WFH

Description :
Responsible for tracking KPIs, investigating disputes, managing invoices, and pushing for enhancements. The position will work closely with : Customer Care, E-commerce, and Operations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Well organized and able to adjust quickly to changes.
- Integrates and manages logistics KPI (Key Performance Index), inventory, and shipment information.
- Manages the product characteristics and inventory grades of each location.
- Reviews all Trade-In warehouse disputes and provide timely response.
- Manage operational invoices, ensure timely payment.
- Perform regular audits of our 3PL’s triage results.
- Strong analytical skills and principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Experience with Microsoft Office : Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Past experience in customer service and / or warehousing is preferred.
