Estimation and Planning - Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator and Planner to assist Technical Program Managers in tracking firmware deliverables and milestones, estimating project timelines, planning schedules, and allocating resources. The ideal candidate will also help generate dashboards to track firmware metrics during the design phase, automate program status reports, and develop processes to increase project productivity.
The successful candidate will have experience with the product development lifecycle for portable consumer electronic devices, expertise in setting up project schedules and work breakdown structures, and at least 2 years of Program Analyst experience or related work experience. A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required.
Bonus Skills:
- Leadership on cross-functional projects across Hardware, Software, or Silicon
This role requires knowledge of Program and Project Management (P3 - Advanced), Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) (P3 - Advanced), Risk Management (P3 - Advanced), and Scope Management (P3 - Advanced). Strong skills in Performance Engineering are essential.
The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and make a significant contribution to our team.
