Pay rate range - $28 / hr. to $30 / hr. on w2
Mon-Thurs in office - Friday WFH Subject to change
Work alongside the Digital Appliance Financial Operations team :
- Identify, pull, and submit Builder Direct billing into third-party app sites.
- Manage lien waivers.
- Assist Credit & Collections to apply for Builder invoice payments.
- Facilitate invoice / payment resolutions via customer and internal contacts.
- Escalate billing and payment issues.
- Updates Credit & Collections on past-due line items.
- Maintain written manuals for the billing process.
- Identify and take action on high-priority items to keep customers off the credit block.
- Update weekly aged receivables file for the weekly meeting
- Maintain project summary / calendar file
Education / Experience :
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred.
0-2 years of financial and / or accounting experience required.
Salary : $28 - $30
