Pay Rate : $84.51 / Hour
Duties
The Product Delivery team designs and deploys the systems, tools, and processes needed to migrate acquired customers and their data to the Client's platform; our goal is to accelerate the migration journey and provide an overall exceptional experience for our internal and external customers.
As a member of the Product Delivery team, you'll play a key role in the execution phase of our current initiative.
What you'll do
Document end-to-end workflow for new or changing processes
Load customer data into migration tool
Write and execute test plans and analyze results
Report bugs and work with development team to resolve
Use data to track progress and assess opportunities for process improvement
Triage issues and analyze to determine next steps
Provide internal support to stakeholders
Lead collaborative project team meetings to drive progress
Build strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders
Skills
7 years of relevant professional experience, working with engineering and business stakeholders
Strong business process analysis skills
Excellent communication and time management
Ability to think and execute in a fast-paced environment
Detailed oriented and thorough
Be a self-starter that thrives on asking thoughtful questions and connecting the dots
Working knowledge of standard software applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Acrobat)
Nice to have skills
Experience with Wiki and Jir plus
Knowledgeable about the subscription business model
