Job Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales and pipeline data, providing actionable insights, and supporting decision-making through data-driven reporting and visualizations.
You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and help optimize business strategies.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze and interpret sales and pipeline data to track performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to understand business requirements and develop reports that support decision-making.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by regularly auditing and validating data sources.
Provide insights into sales forecasts, pipeline health, conversion rates, and other critical sales metrics.
Support ad hoc analysis requests from leadership to inform business strategy and performance improvement.
Automate and streamline reporting processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of information.
Identify opportunities to enhance sales processes and strategies based on data insights.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience working as a Data Analyst, Sales Analyst, or similar role with a focus on sales data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including building reports, dashboards, and data models.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization tools.
Familiarity with sales CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and integration with Power BI.
Experience in working with large data sets and deriving actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, understandable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with other BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik) is a plus.
Knowledge of SQL and experience with querying databases.
Familiarity with sales and marketing concepts, including lead generation, pipeline management, and sales conversion.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
