What are the responsibilities and job description for the Human Resources Generalist position at IntelliTect Corporation?
IntelliTect is looking for a Part-Time (15-25 hours) Human Resources Generalist to keep our growing and dynamic team on track. The Human Resouces Generalist will primarily work from the office location.
The candidate will be is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, and compliance. This role supports the organization by ensuring HR policies align with company objectives and foster a positive work environment in a fast-paced, technology-driven culture.
IntelliTect is a high-end software architecture and development consulting firm. Our team enables our customers to solve their most challenging problems utilizing industry best practices and agile processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, candidate screenings, and interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure timely hiring of top talent.
- Conduct new employee orientations and oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns and questions.
- Promote a positive work culture aligned with the company’s values.
- Be an IntelliTect culture advocate and champion and work with leadership to support employee engagement, including employee events, surveys, committees, stay and exit interviews.
3. Policy Implementation and Compliance
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures to comply with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure adherence to employment regulations, including FMLA, ADA, and EEO guidelines.
4. Performance Management
- Support the performance review process, providing tools and guidance to mentors and employees on successfully completing this process with objectives in mind.
- Assist in ongoing development of career paths and employee growth opportunities.
5. Compensation and Benefits
- Coordinate benefit renewal and enrollment process.
- Act as a point of contact internally for inquiries and individual updates to employee benefits.
- Administer communication involving updates and changes to overall benefits programs.
6. Data Management
- Maintain accurate HR records in compliance with legal and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years of HR experience
- Strong computer experience, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
