InteLogix is seeking a Customer Collections Account Representative working remotely in the state of Michigan to join our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. As a Customer Collections Account Representative, you must have the flexibility to work onsite twice a month after training.

Salary Range : Up to $15.56 / hour - pay is determined by scope of responsibility within the role, your experience, location and other job related factorsResponsibilities :
This is a an Hybrid position and you must live in the Dimondale, Michigan area.Complies with all specified FDCPA, state and city laws and provisions, as outlined in the Intelogix Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the Intelogix A / R Training program and the FDCPA TestMakes arrangements with the customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangementsDocuments all collection activity in the client / Intelogix system in a concise and accurate mannerCorrects any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U / M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviewsMaintains good public relationsCope with high-stress environment caused by speaking with emotional callersAdhere to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirementsMaintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goalsReact positively to an ongoing, changing environmentDemonstrate the ability to handle pressure when attempting to meet deadlines and performance goalsMaintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkersWork safely without presenting a threat to self or othersPerform additional duties as required by managementQualifications :
