Responsibilities
In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in fast-paced, structured customer service environment, you may:
- Support customers in English between the hours of 9AM to 9PM
- Shift structure: 44h/5 days a week, 2 consecutive days off!
- Have open availability including weekends and holidays
- Take customer phone calls throughout the entirety of your shift
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Service Experience speaking to customers over the phone
Qualifications
What We Look for in a Candidate:
Ø High School Diploma or GED
Ø BPO experience is not a must, but it is always a plus
Ø Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions
Ø Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us
Ø Advanced English: 90% (Preferred)
