Position Overview:
The Vice President of Intelvio Behavioral Health (IBH) is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational, financial, and strategic initiatives of the IBH division. This executive leader will work closely with enterprise operations, finance, marketing, and learning departments to drive efficiency, ensure compliance, and foster continuous growth within the division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational activities of the IBH organization in coordination with the enterprise operations department.
- Analyze and improve operational processes within the IBH division to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Optimize resource utilization in ways that contribute to the IBH division’s overall success and growth.
- Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including performance management, mentoring, and training as needed.
- Manage capital, budgets, financial reporting, and other financial elements in coordination with the enterprise financial department.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to ensure alignment with industry standards and pertinent accreditation bodies requirements.
- Implement sales and marketing strategies developed in collaboration with the enterprise marketing department.
- Identify and develop ideas for new products, assess current product performance and recommend changes to implement.
- Monitor program outcomes, student success rates, and satisfaction surveys to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary in coordination with the enterprise learning department.
Minimum Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, required.
- Master’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, is highly desired.
Minimum Work Experience Requirement:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a supervisory or administrative role within an educational institution, healthcare organization, or related industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in behavioral health, psychology, or other relevant work history in the last 20 years.
License or Certification Requirements:
- Clinical experience in the psychology space is highly desirable
- Teaching, training, or previous instructional experience is highly desirable.

- Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

This position offers the opportunity to lead and support the Intelvio Behavioral Health division under the direction of the executive team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 per year
