Job Description
As an SRNA, you'll be responsible for assisting residents in various post-acute facilities, including ALFs and SNFs. Your duties will include helping with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, maintaining a clean environment, and providing companionship and support to residents and their loved ones.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Current Kentucky State Registered Nurse Aide (SRNA) certification
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures
- Effective organizational skills and communication skills
- Appropriate bedside manner
