We are seeking a skilled Nursing Assistant to provide excellent care to post-acute residents in areas nearby. Your responsibilities will include supporting residents with basic activities of daily living (ADLs), protecting resident health and safety, and documenting vital signs. You will be accountable for following care plans and communicating effectively with staff, residents, and family members.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification, understanding of general nursing care procedures, and ability to communicate with medical professionals and patients/residents. A high level of attention to detail and lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs are also essential.
