Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in post-acute care settings
- Maintain resident records and update the nursing team
- Monitor and report vital signs as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe environment through tasks like sanitizing and changing linens
- Assist residents with personal care, feeding, grooming, and daily living activities
- Reposition and transport residents as necessary
- Foster effective communication between staff, residents, and families
- Nurture relationships with residents and respond to their needs
- Adhere to care plans and applicable laws, regulations, and policies
Requirements and Skills
- Current Connecticut CNA certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing procedures and terminology

- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
