Job Description
As a CNA with IntelyCare, your primary responsibilities will include implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents, monitoring their conditions, and providing updates to the nursing team. You will also be responsible for measuring and documenting basic vital signs, assisting residents with daily activities, promoting a clean and safe environment, and interacting with residents to keep them engaged and comfortable.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, the ability to lift at least 50 pounds, knowledge of medical terminology and nursing care procedures, strong attention to detail, and effective communication and social skills.
