Job Responsibilities
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), your primary responsibilities will include:
Providing nursing care to residents in post-acute facilities.Measuring and monitoring vital signs, reporting to your supervisor as necessary.Observing resident conditions during your shift and reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team.Serving meals to residents and helping with feeding as needed.Supporting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.An understanding of nursing care procedures and related medical terminology.Effective organization skills and the ability to communicate with medical professionals, residents, and family members.The ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.A high level of attention to detail.Benefits and Perks
