Job Description
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at IntelyCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while working in post-acute facilities. You will coordinate with the broader care team to shape personalized care plans for residents, communicate various care options with medical staff, residents, and their family members, and take vital signs and administer medications as needed.
