We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working as an LPN and be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Monitor residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs.
- Facilitate the intake process, including documentation of medical histories and health issues.
