About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and caring Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our team. Responsibilities
- Assist residents with ADLs, including mobility, personal hygiene, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any abnormalities to supervising staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols and performing cleaning tasks.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and staff.
Requirements
- Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and nursing care procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
