Job Responsibilities
- Serve residents in post-acute facilities as an LPN
- Document residents' medical histories and health concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of residents' vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions
In this role, you'll also have the chance to contribute to the maintenance of a comfortable and safe facility for residents, provide assistance with IV set up and phlebotomy procedures, and help staff with the orientation and training of new hires.
