Job Responsibilities
- Serve residents in post-acute facilities as LPN
- Document residents' medical histories and health concerns timely
- Monitor vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions
- Track charts and medical records of residents
- Help with medication dispensing, verification, and monitoring
- Contribute to maintaining a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Provide assistance with IV setup, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Assist with medical supply storage and inventory management
- Help staff with new hire orientation and training
- Adhere to care plans for residents and follow applicable regulations and policies
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as LPN
- Completion of approved LPN educational program
- High school diploma or GED/equivalent program
- Minimum 6 months experience as LPN or related role
- Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs
