Job Responsibilities
- Serve residents in post-acute facilities as an LPN
- Document medical histories and health concerns in a timely manner
- Monitor vital signs, mental health, and physical conditions
- Track residents' charts and medical records
- Help with medication dispensing and verification, monitoring effects
- Maintain a comfortable and safe facility for residents
- Assist with IV set up, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures
- Manage medical supply storage and inventory
- Assist staff with new hire orientation and training
- Adhere to care plans and follow applicable regulations and policies
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completed LPN educational program
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience as a LPN or related role
- Lifting requirement of at least 50 lbs
