We are seeking a skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant to join our team in Ottawa, Ohio. As a nursing care professional, you will provide excellent care to post-acute residents and support their daily living activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with eating, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Support a clean and safe environment for residents by adhering to infection control protocols and reporting any hazards or concerns.
- Assist with resident transportation and movement as needed, prioritizing their comfort and safety.
- Document and report resident vital signs and updates on their physical and mental conditions to the nursing team.
