Job Responsibilities:
- Assist residents in long-term care facilities, assisted living facilities, and other post-acute settings.
- Provide essential care services, including mobility support, personal hygiene assistance, toileting, feeding, and daily living activities.
- Monitor residents' well-being, reporting any concerns to the broader nursing team.
- Collect vital signs, such as temperature and blood pressure, and communicate with supervising staff about any abnormalities.
