Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to post-acute residents in nearby areas
- Assist with basic activities of daily living (ADLs) such as eating, hygiene, and grooming
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Transport and move residents as needed
- Document resident vital signs and update the nursing team
- Foster relationships with residents based on trust and security
- Communicate effectively with staff, residents, and family members
