Job Responsibilities
Working as an LPN with us involves supporting the diverse needs of residents in post-acute facilities. This includes monitoring residents' mental and physical conditions and vital signs, facilitating the intake process, and assisting with medication administration.
You will be responsible for maintaining residents' medical records and charts, helping with immunizations, IVs, and blood draws, and ensuring residents have a comfortable and safe environment.
