Responsibilities and Requirements
As a CNA with IntelyCare, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Implementing best practice nursing care in post-acute residents
- Monitoring resident conditions and providing updates to the nursing team
- Measuring and documenting basic vital signs
- Assisting residents with grooming, feeding, toileting, and other ADLs
Qualifications and Skills
- Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Understanding of general nursing care procedures and terminology
- Ability to communicate with medical professionals and patients/residents
- High level of attention to detail
